Final-sale products
All cabinet, countertop, sink, flooring, hardware, accessory, special-order and project-specific material sales are final. East Point Cabinets does not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds after an order has been submitted to a manufacturer or supplier.
Review before ordering
Customers are responsible for reviewing the final design, quantities, dimensions, door style, finish, construction, accessories, countertop selections and delivery information before approval. Screen images and renderings are illustrative; physical samples and current specifications should be reviewed because color, grain and pattern vary.
Incorrect, missing or damaged items
An adult must receive and inspect the delivery. Visible freight damage should be noted with the carrier before signing. Incorrect, missing or damaged items must be reported to East Point Cabinets in writing within 48 hours of receipt with the order number, item description and clear photographs. Reporting does not create a right to a refund; eligible remedies are determined by the applicable manufacturer or supplier process.
No unauthorized returns
Do not return products to a warehouse, carrier, manufacturer or East Point Cabinets without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Installation, alteration or disposal of a reported item may affect the ability to pursue a claim.
