Warranty Information

East Point Cabinets does not issue a separate product warranty. Products may include warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Manufacturer warranty

Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, transferability and claim procedures vary by cabinet, countertop, sink, flooring, hardware and accessory manufacturer. The current East Point Select manufacturer catalog describes a limited three-year cabinet and vanity warranty for the original purchaser. The complete manufacturer warranty supplied with the purchased product controls.

Common exclusions

Manufacturer warranties commonly exclude improper storage, installation or use; outdoor use; temperature or humidity extremes; jobsite moisture; normal wood and stone variation; color change from light or age; misuse; accidents; alteration; unauthorized repair; and ordinary wear. Natural materials can vary in grain, color, pattern and texture.

Starting a claim

Contact East Point Cabinets with the original customer name, order information, product codes, installation date, description and clear photographs. We can help transmit available information, but the manufacturer determines eligibility and remedy under its policy.

Labor and related costs

Unless the manufacturer warranty expressly states otherwise, replacement product does not include removal, installation, finishing, plumbing, electrical work, countertop work, travel or other labor and consequential costs. Keep invoices, approvals and care records for future reference.
